TEBS Field Services – Terms of Service

TEBS Field Services provides junk removal and hauling services for residential and commercial customers in Lanham, Maryland (20706) and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

We offer junk removal and hauling services including, but not limited to:

• Furniture removal
• Appliance removal
• Residential and commercial cleanouts
• Yard waste removal
• Construction debris removal (non-hazardous materials only)

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Scheduling and Appointments

Customers must provide accurate contact details, a valid service address, and a detailed description of items to be removed. Pricing estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted on-site if the actual job volume or scope differs from the initial description.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on volume, type of materials, labor, and specific disposal requirements.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless a prior alternative written agreement has been established. TEBS Field Services reserves the right to require secure deposits for specific or large-scale jobs before work commences.

By providing payment details, you authorize TEBS Field Services and its authorized secure third-party processors to charge the agreed-upon amount for all services rendered.

Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure secure and seamless transactions, we process electronic payments through industry-compliant, secure third-party billing platforms. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized electronic payment methods processed via:

• Stripe (Secure credit/debit processing)
• Fanbasis (All-in-one payment processing and digital business platform)

Prohibited Items

We strictly do not remove hazardous, toxic, or legally restricted materials. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Chemicals, toxic substances, or biohazards
• Paints, solvents, or oils (unless explicitly pre-approved in writing)
• Asbestos or materials containing asbestos
• Medical waste or infectious materials
• Explosives, ammunition, or highly flammable materials

Customers bear sole responsibility for ensuring that no prohibited materials are mixed into the items designated for removal.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed, and clear access to all items targeted for removal.
• Ensure they possess the absolute legal authority or ownership required to dispose of the items.
• Disclose any hidden risks or special handling requirements before service begins.

Disposal Practices

We are committed to environmental responsibility. Wherever viable, we aim to divert items from landfills by routing them through local recycling centers, verified donation centers, or legally compliant disposal facilities.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window. Late cancellations or failure to provide site access upon arrival may be subject to a standard cancellation or trip fee.

Limitation of Liability

TEBS Field Services operates with reasonable commercial care; however, we are not responsible for any pre-existing structural or cosmetic damage to the property. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages sustained during the manual moving or hauling process.

Billing Disputes and Resolutions

In the event of a service discrepancy or billing issue, customers must notify TEBS Field Services within 24 hours of job completion. Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly with our administration before initiating a formal chargeback or payment dispute through a bank, Stripe, or the Fanbasis platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at our discretion. Any revisions will become immediately effective upon being published on this page with an updated effective date.
